About Javier Alomia

Javier is a strong and savvy negotiator whether his client is the buyer or the seller.

 

Javier's work has been punctuated by his involvement with the local community. He currently serves as Chair of the Board of Directors at Hacienda CDC was recently appointed to the board of PMAR - The Portland Metropolitan Association of REALTORS® and serves as a Trustee on the PMAR PAC Trustees Committee. Additionally, he has been a longtime partner and preferred Real Estate Broker at the Portland Housing Center where he has taught home-buying classes since 2006.

 

Javier has been recognized as one of Portland's Top 1% Agents, Portland's 5 Star Agent, 100 Most Influential Agents in Portland, and Top 250 NAHREP Latino Agents in the nation, amongst many others.

 

Javier is fully bilingual in both English and Spanish and earned degrees in Economics and International Business at UDLA in Quito, Ecuador.
